Parametric specs, normalised
Each attribute keeps the display value from the datasheet and a normalised SI value, so parts can be compared and filtered by range.
elecdos is building a searchable reference for electronic components: parametric specs, lifecycle status and datasheets, each record linked back to the manufacturer's own documentation.
Dual general-purpose operational amplifier
| Supply voltage | 3–30 V |

| Slew rate (typ.) | 0.3 V/µs |
| Operating temperature | 0–70 °C |
The problem
The authoritative numbers live in manufacturer datasheets, in different layouts, units and test conditions.
Suffixes like LM358 vs. LM358B can mean different limits. Listings often merge them into one entry.
Parts move to not-recommended or end-of-life quietly, and engineers find out late in the design.
Product
An English-first component database organised by manufacturer and category, with specs stored as structured, comparable values.
Each attribute keeps the display value from the datasheet and a normalised SI value, so parts can be compared and filtered by range.
Every part carries a lifecycle status — Active, Not recommended for new designs, Last time buy, Obsolete or Preview.
Records keep the manufacturer product page, the datasheet link and the date they were reviewed.
Pre-rendered part, category and manufacturer pages with structured data and sitemaps, so engineers can land on the right part straight from a search.
Approach
We would rather publish fewer parts than publish numbers nobody can verify.
We don't show stock, prices or ratings we can't back up. If a value isn't in the manufacturer's documentation, it isn't on the page.
Specs are summarised for the base device and point you to the datasheet for ordering-code-specific limits.
Every record says when it was last checked against its source, so you know how fresh it is.
